You can return or exchange merchandise within 10 days of receiving the merchandise
Prior to making any return or exchange it is MANDATORY that you request a Return Authorization # (you may obtain one by calling 757.428.1366 or by sending an e-mail to info@shmackclothing.com)
Once a RA # has been generated you have exactly TWO WEEKS to send the merchandise back to Shmack Clothing. Please Note: Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting your privilege to receive a refund.
